Head Coach and Technical Director
Karen Beresnak
Glenmore Gymnastics is pleased to offer a competitive program for Women's Artistic Gymnastics. This program is available to girls beginning at the age of 4 and continuing to 18 years of age.  We offer groups for developmental, pre-competitive, and provincial level athletes based on the JO (Junior Olympic) system. Led by our team of enthusiastic and skilled coaches, gymnasts will work through each level mastering skills needed to advance to the competition stage. Skills are decided based on guidelines from Gymnastics Canada, the Alberta Gymnastics Federation, and the experience of the Technical Director of the club. Athletes are encouraged to work through the levels at their own pace to ensure a positive self image, a reduction in fear, and a safer environment for all.

Looking forward to another great competitive season!
