Womens Artistic Gymnastics consists of the four main Olympic disciplines: vault, bars, beam, and floor. This is an intensive program requiring a commitment to year-round training and dedication to continuous improvement of skills. Teamwork, commitment, sportmanship, and fair play are the pillars of Glenmore's WAG program.
Acceptance to the WAG program is through an in-person tryout and skill assessment.

learn moreGlenmore's Acrobatic Gymnastics program allows Acro athletes a dedicated environment to train and develop skills that will allow them to compete at a provincial and regional level. Working as pairs or trios, acro athletes will use their strength, balance, and flexibility to perform routines that showcase their skills.
Acceptance to the Acro program is through an in-person skill assessment and tryout.
