Step 1: Click the intake form HERE to ensure we have information for each participant. Please submit ONE form for each person who will be on the floor during drop in gymnastics. This form is only required to be filled out once per year between July 1- June 30.
** PLEASE NOTE: Along with the intake form above, all participants are required to pay a (once yearly) $20 Alberta Gymnastics Federation insurance fee. This fee may be paid in cash on your first visit or by e-transfer to info@glenmoregymnastics.ca
Step 2: Sign the online waiver HERE. One waiver must be filled out for EACH participant who will be on the floor for drop in gymnastics. Waivers only need to be signed once between July 1 and June 30.
Step 3: Sign in at the front desk when you arrive at the gym for your drop in session. New members can pay cash or e-transfer when they arrive at the gym. Current members who have a credit card on file can choose to have the fee charged to their card for each drop in.
Step 4: Have a great time and be safe!
- No double front or back tucks allowed. No exceptions.
- All participants must sign in at the front desk before entering the gym
- One person at a time on all equipment. No exceptions.
- Drop-in is for FUN and not a time for competitive training - if you can’t do it alone safely, DON’T DO IT.
- Kinder equipment is off limits to teens and adults
- No food, drinks, or gum in the gym – Water bottles are to be kept in the lobby on top of the cubbies
EVERYONE must sign a waiver form before entering the facility each year. The gymnastics year runs from July 1st - June 30th

- Drop In insurance fee is $20 per person per year (July 1st-June 30th) and payable on your first drop in.
Proper gym attire must be worn:
- No clothing with buttons, zippers, or snaps.
- No jeans or dresses
- No shoes or socks
- No jewelry of any kind
- Please tie back long hair
Personal Belongings:
- Personal items should be left in the cubbies in the lobby
- Glenmore Gymnastic Club is not responsible any personal belongings
- Respect all staff and coaches
- Clean up and respect all the equipment you have used
